I’ve been getting a lot of comment spam again, so I’ve tightened up the moderation requirements slightly.

I’m still trying to resist introducing full comment moderation, as I find this utterly tedious when implemented on other sites. It also sits poorly with my desperate, needy yearning for comments.

However, if you post a comment with more than one link, or with (ahem) certain key words in your email address or the content of your comment, then it is likely to get held for moderation. Please don’t be offended, and I’ll try to clear your comment as soon as I can.

And yes, I suppose I do reserve the right to mod comments down, but then I’ve always regarded it as my right to do that anyway, even if comments aren’t held for moderation first. And I’ve exercised that right on, ooh, must be three or maybe four occasions in the past 4+ years…
